We collect only what's necessary to operate and improve the App.

2.1 Account information

When you register or sign in, we collect your name and email address. This information is used to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and communicate with you about the service.

2.2 Diagnostic and analytics data

The App uses Google Firebase (including Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) to collect anonymous diagnostic and usage information such as app events, crash reports, device model, OS version, and a non-identifying installation identifier. This helps us monitor stability, fix bugs, and understand how features are used.

• To create, secure, and maintain your account.
• To provide, operate, and improve the App and its features.
• To respond to your support requests and communicate updates.
• To diagnose technical problems and prevent fraud or abuse.

We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access controls, and secure storage of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continuously improve our protections.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon verification of your request, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

Omni Sport is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
